beach pink

We were on a weekend at the beach near Whakatane, Bay of Plenty. The beach was quite plain and nothing extraordinary about it, just a regular beach but this flower took my attention. She is alone on this sand dune, thriving. The bright pink captured me. what beautiful nature!
